Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage a portfolio of 30-50 client accounts
* Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell opportunities
* Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback
* Develop and execute customer retention strategies
* Track and report on key success metrics (NPS, churn, expansion)
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
* Experience with SaaS platforms and B2B environments
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
