Is Kyondo free to use?
Yes. Searching for jobs, applying through the employer, and the CV check are free. CV and cover letter writing is optional and paid; prices are on the CV help page.
How do I apply for a job?
Open the job and press Apply. That takes you to the employer’s own website or email. Kyondo does not take applications and never charges you to apply.
Where do the jobs come from?
Employers post directly on Kyondo, and we gather public listings from job feeds and company career pages. Every listing links back to the original so you apply with the employer.
Why did a job I saw disappear?
Jobs are hidden when the employer closes them or they expire. Jobs posted on Kyondo stay live for 30 days unless the employer renews them.
What is an ATS score?
Many employers use applicant tracking systems (ATS) that read CVs as text. Our free check estimates how well your CV matches a particular job and how easily software can read it. Every employer’s system works a little differently, so treat the score as a guide, not a guarantee.
Do you keep my CV?
No. Your CV is read in memory to work out the score and is then discarded. We do not save your file, the job description you paste, or your result.
How can I tell if a job is genuine?
We cannot verify every employer. Read our safety tips, and never pay money to get a job or an interview.
How do I report a job?
Press “Report it” at the bottom of the job page, or message us from the contact page. We will look at it as quickly as we can.
Can you write my CV or cover letter?
Yes, if you would like help. See the CV help page for what is included and the prices. You can order by WhatsApp, text or email.
How do I post a job as an employer?
Create a free employer account, confirm your email address, then press Post a job. Posting is free at the moment.
Why is my job not showing yet?
We check jobs before they go live, so there can be a short wait. You get an email when yours is approved.
How long does my job stay live?
30 days. You can renew it from your dashboard to keep it going, or close it as soon as the role is filled.
How do I change or remove a job?
Open your dashboard, then press Edit or Close. Edited jobs may be checked again before the change shows.
