KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the design, development and scaling of core business services and APIs.
* Build robust, high-performance backend applications using Ruby on Rails.
* Design and develop scalable services as the platform evolves toward a distributed microservices architecture.
* Support integration across services built using multiple programming languages.
* Improve backend performance, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Strong hands-on Ruby on Rails backend development experience.
* Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
* Familiarity with Java and Go (Golang) for backend development and service integration.
* Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
