We are looking for a Project Manager who can **take ownership of projects, support field teams, and drive results**.

**Position Overview**

The Commercial Electrical Project Manager will oversee projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring jobs are completed **on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards**.

This role requires someone who understands both **field operations and project management** and can effectively coordinate between crews, general contractors, and the office.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish
* Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, and crews
* Review plans, specs, and contracts
* Schedule manpower, materials, and subcontractors
* Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Maintain strong communication with general contractors and clients
* Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
* Support field teams to keep jobs running smoothly

**Qualifications**

* 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
* Project management experience in electrical construction
* Strong understanding of plans, specs, and job costing
* Experience with change orders, budgeting, and scheduling
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)
