Social Media Manager/Coordinator

**About Us**

We’re a dental practice in Cedar Park focused on making families feel at ease from the first visit. Parents stay with their child for the whole appointment, first visits are unhurried, and we put a lot of care into kids who need extra support, including those with sensory sensitivities. We also do frenectomies, airway-focused care, sedation, and early prevention for babies and toddlers.

**Job Overview**

I’m looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story online in a way that feels like us: calm, real, and warm. You’ll plan and create content, keep our accounts active and consistent, and use what’s working to guide what we do next.

**What You’ll Do**

* Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile
* Shoot and edit photos and short videos in the office, and write captions that sound like a real person talking to parents
* Turn clinical topics (frenectomies, first dental visits, airway health, sensory-friendly care) into content parents actually understand, with input from me
* Respond to comments and messages, and flag anything that needs a reply from the front desk or a doctor
* Coordinate with local content creators, community partners, and school or event outreach
* Help with paid social campaigns when we run them
* Track basic performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, calls and bookings from social) and share a short monthly summary with ideas for what to try next
* Follow our patient photo consent process so every post with a child is properly approved

**What We’re Looking For**

* Experience creating and managing social content for a business or brand (a portfolio or accounts you’ve run is a big plus)
* Comfort filming and editing short-form video on a phone, using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
* Strong writing skills and a good ear for tone
* Comfortable around kids and parents in a clinical setting
* Organized and self-directed; you can keep a content calendar moving without much hand-holding
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, a scheduling tool (Later, Buffer, or similar), and basic analytics

**Nice to Have**

* Experience in healthcare, dental, or family-focused brands
* Photography skills
* Experience running Facebook or Instagram ads
* Open to college students with great videography skills!

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
