**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
* 5+ years of experience working as a Sales/Finance Manager
* Strong understanding of lender programs and deal structuring
* Ability to manage the sales team and ensure timely responses to all incoming leads, inquiries, and messages.
* Proven closing and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of compliance and documentation standards
* Outstanding communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
* Proficiency with dealership CRM and DMS systemsDUTIES
* Manage the full used vehicle sales process from initial contact through delivery
* Desk deals and structure sales for maximum profitability and approval likelihood
* Support and guide sales staff in closing techniques and deal presentation
* Track performance metrics including gross profit, engagement rate and appointments
* Manage post sale processes (stipulations, reviews, documentation work flow)
**PAY AND HOURS**
* **5% commission and a $5,000 monthly draw** **from total dealership gross profit**
* Full-time schedule including weekends, 40 hours/week with 2 days off
* Paid every 5th and 20th of the month, 1099
