**Duties**

* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during shifts

* Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately, handle customer orders, and manage sales data
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations
* Support the training and development of team members to uphold service quality standards
* Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of POS systems and their operation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
