Cashier/Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Cashier/Team Leader to join our team. The role involves managing cashier duties during specified shifts and assisting with shift management to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest service, and achievement of financial goals. The position requires flexibility to work during the hours of 10 am to 3 pm or 5 pm to 9 pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, handling transactions accurately, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and process transactions efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. * Assist in supervising team members during shifts. * Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. * Support the management team in daily operations. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Support inventory management and restocking as needed. * Promote a positive environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications: * Previous cashier experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including the specified shift times. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Customer service-oriented mindset. * Basic math skills and attention to detail.
