The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A provides broad-based analytical and reporting support across the corporate financial planning and analysis function. This role is responsible for recurring financial reporting, variance analysis, and a range of general analyst activities that keep the planning process running accurately and on schedule. It's a strong fit for an experienced analyst who can operate independently across multiple workstreams, bring rigor to recurring reporting processes, and take on hands-on work with financial systems within a fast-paced, still-maturing planning environment.
**What You'll Do**
* Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
* Support a range of reporting workstreams, including tracking spend against plan, maintaining supporting schedules, and helping ensure data accuracy.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, financial summaries, and supporting schedules for the FP&A team.
* Compile, organize, and quality-check data feeding into planning templates, forecasts, and management reporting.
* Provide general analytical support across the team, including ad-hoc requests from the Director, FP&A and other business partners.
* Serve as a backup resource for OneStream administration, supporting system maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
* Help maintain documentation and consistency of recurring reporting processes as the planning function continues to formalize.
* Identify and flag data inconsistencies or errors, escalating appropriately and supporting resolution.
**What We Look For**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or a related analytical role.
* Exposure to OneStream or similar EPM/consolidation tools is a plus.
* Strong Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets and building clean, accurate schedules.
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and data quality.
* Self-motivated and comfortable operating in ambiguity, proactively taking ownership of new or evolving areas of work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a small, fast-moving team.
* Comfortable managing multiple recurring deliverables and shifting priorities in a high-pace environment.
