**Duties**

* Supervise and manage production or assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
* Interpret and follow detailed manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and process instructions accurately.
* Utilize measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to support assembly line tasks.
* Enforce safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with all safety standards in production environments.
* Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lean manufacturing practices.
* Conduct manual handling tasks safely while managing heavy lifting requirements during assembly or material movement.
* Coordinate with quality assurance to monitor product standards and address any deviations promptly.

**Experience**

* Proven factory experience with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly line operations.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documentation, and measurement data.
* Prior experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing facility environment.
* Skilled in using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in mechanical assembly, process improvement strategies, and safety standards adherence.
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and implementing continuous process enhancements.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety compliance.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
